Who knew I'd get compliments on rugs!?! That's when I realized I had bought something special. FYI, these floor mats fit the 2019 Mazda CX-5, although the manufacturer's description says otherwise. These mats fit very well, which comes in handy when trying to keep out salt and winter slush. So many "winter" car mats are poorly constructed because salt and slush run off the mats onto the car carpet. The cupped design and snug fit of these floor mats really protect your car's carpet and ultimately its metal frame, which is huge in the snowy Northeast. I've had to take the floor mats off a few times to go to the car wash for cleaning and I've learned to be careful when removing them as the velcro sticks to the car carpet. It is best to press the tab on the floor of the car to safely remove the floor mats and do not pull on the carpet.
