Upon opening the product it had some sort of white fuzzies? Maybe made of paper? Similar to I think maybe shredded card board. So I wiped it off but when I opened it (very slowly, you never know when you will receive a used product) I noticed the upper side wall already had product smeared all over it. So I can’t test this on my lips unfortunately. Swatched it on my hand as I plan to return anyways, but the staining power seems nice!
