This driftwood is perfect for my 55 gallon tropical freshwater aquarium. I tried cholla wood but over time it just softened and rotted. However, this wood is hard and very beautiful. It's a dark brown mixed with a light tan. I ordered two large pieces and stacked the smaller ones together to create small spaces for my corridors and lower feeders to lie under the small spaces between the branches. I love the look of beautiful wood decor and my rubber lipped catfish eats wood as part of its natural diet.
