I feel duped too. I was expecting to get a filter as shown in the picture; real IR filter. Instead, I got a cheap red plastic filter filled with fake paper that was made from scratch for about five cents. I wanted a true IR filter because it "uses 100 percent synthetic fiberglass filters to effectively remove contaminants with a filter efficiency of 99.9% at 10 microns." This cheap paper filter doesn't stand up to the heat and humidity in real-life conditions. So I researched further and found a genuine article on Industrialairpower dot com. And for less money! (But you need to pay the shipping).
