Low quality control at the factory. The cloth wasn't only secured with a bolt through one of the holes; rather, there was a bracket underneath the threaded hole. Before purchasing, I saw some reviews that mentioned this, but I didn't think it was a common issue. The armrests are bolted in place with two bolts through the tree at the back of the chair and the seat. The bolts are swiveling, so you won't have a tight hold on the armrest. They'll probably loosen up quite fast once they realize that if they lean on it even slightly, it could crack or be uprooted. Certainly not a dependable layout. Third, the armrests come with four hole plugs, however the plugs are about 2 millimeters bigger in diameter than the holes, making it difficult to force them in. The plugs wouldn't sit properly until I drilled all four holes. Do not expect a leader to sit on this chair. 4. sloppy construction all over, with several threads sticking out.
