Promotional image is misleading unless Mini Cooper is used as an example. The "claws" will NOT wrap around a regular size trailer tire far enough to hook the RAD (steel rim for those of you in Rio Linda) as shown. It does, however, reach the outer rim far enough to "grab" and unless someone is crawling alongside the tire and moving it around like a slip ring, it essentially works. Also, it's more of a "visual deterrent" for the professional thief who knows they have to WORK FAST. A professional will have the right tool (10# carriage) but its use can also damage the wheel during the removal process. At least the key/lock mechanism is "flush" and does NOT provide leverage to loosen the shock.
