Review on Game console Sony PlayStation 3 Super Slim 500 GB HDD, black by Wiktor Uhlig ᠌

In the spring of 2022, my PS3 40 Gb, bought in July 2022, began to show the first bad signs - it spontaneously turned off. Further development of events led to the fact that at startup it occasionally showed the so-called YLOD, with each new inclusion, the yellow light blinked more and more often. It got to the point that in order to turn it on, I had to poke the button 30-40 times, in many games the console simply turned off after 5-15 minutes of operation. The last couple of months I did not turn it off at all, I worked around the clock. In January, I decided to still buy a new console and the choice fell on the Super Slim option. I have no complaints about the appearance - everything is done carefully, the mechanical way to open the drive does not cause difficulties (it opens both with a button and with a simple movement of the hand). In terms of hardware, this is the same console, but more compact and it makes an impression - so in 5 years the dimensions and weight have decreased. I didn’t like only 1 significant drawback - the console itself is very quiet, but its drive does not have any sound insulation and makes a noticeable noise during disk operation.
