I like that it provides several different ways of organizing tickets including categories/tags etc..
It also has many features which make creating workflows easy! Not much at this time but will update when additional functionality is available or bugs are fixed; if support staff would provide better feedback then there could be improvements within some areas too (ease with using). This software does what we need very well - not just ticketing-wise because our teams communicate almost completely through chat & emails now so any tool can do its job here really :).
