I have two Himalayan cats and a VERY small apartment and I try to clean her litter box twice a day. I'm a little tired of the smell of poop in the trash can in the kitchen, so I gave it a try. For the price I figured there wasn't much to lose and I'm very glad I gave it a try. It's a fairly simple design and the process is simple and easy to use. It's basically like the special poop container people use for baby diapers, and the little drawer in the front sits on a tension spring and keeps the pouch closed until you're ready to empty the pouch. When you start you need to tie up the bottom of the poop bag and then the top when replacing the old bag with the new one, or pull the new bag down would be more accurate I think. It's like having a very long sock that you keep cutting and tying. Anyway, I grabbed a pack of zip ties for a buck or two and plan to use them to tie the old and new sections together at the same time and then just cut between them. I also like that I don't have to try to keep the plastic bag open and have no litter on the floor. The round sock bag is always wide open, so the scooping process is much faster, and I can stop hoarding plastic bags. No more poop smells while cooking dinner! I feel the product is very valuable and Big Al shipped it quickly and it was very well packaged, lots of padding.
