Review on AFAITH 20-inch Tabletop Tripod with 360° Panorama & 1/4 inches Quick Release Plate - Lightweight Travel Tripod for Canon Nikon DSLR Camera by Jennifer Collins

Strong enough to hold a 4.6 lb spotting scope

I needed a mini/table tripod for my Celestron 100mm spotting scope and the first two bipods I tried were not strong enough to support the scope's weight at 4.6 pounds and felt like they were made for phones or similar lightweight devices. The AFAITH tripod was a little more expensive than my previous purchases, but the difference was immediately noticeable. After I installed the telescope, the tripod became firm and didn't wobble. And when I loosened and tightened the ball head to point the scope up or down, unlike other tripods, the scope actually stayed where I pointed instead of going down. A quick release plate made mounting the scope easy, and for such a sturdy tripod it's very light, folding to the size of a 6-inch sandwich. Good product.
