Review on OSTBA by Chris Lujan

I regret the recent buy I made from OSTBA. Customer support didn't respond for weeks after the product was delivered in poor condition. When they did react, they pointed the finger at me. I was left with a bad taste in my mouth because of their poor communication and lack of responsibility. I won't return to this store to buy!
