I bought these headphones in May 2022. The headphones have become a true friend, very comfortable with excellent sound. I often used them as control monitoring, as I am engaged in sound engineering. Today, 10/20/2022, one ear broke. It turned out that the problem is standard for BOSE headphones - the winding in the speaker is frayed. Headphones are 2.5 years old, can not be changed under warranty. When contacting the BOSE service center, I was told that this case cannot be repaired, since the speakers are not supplied separately and, moreover, they are glued. I was very upset because they cost about 20 thousand. A question for BOSE, what should we, post-warranty servicers, do? After all, my case is not unique. There are several private owners who are ready to take on repairs, but at the same time they are all in Hong Kong and no one will give a guarantee of repairs.
