The NiteRider Omega 300 rear light has a very good seatpost mount but it means the light is blocked by whatever I'm carrying on my rack. You might think that a rear NightRider mount would solve this problem, but think again. I don't know what they were smoking when they designed this, but this mount doesn't really hold the NR light in place so it doesn't fly out the first time you hit a bump. So complete. The only good news is that I found out before using it so I never lost my Omega 300 and they were really good at getting my money back and letting me keep the device. I might end up using it if I could find a way to block one end of the mount so the light doesn't slip when it's attached. Alternatively, I could find another flashlight and mount that would work. Night Rider should fire the product manager who released this stupid thing before they kill their smart and good brand name.
