I applied three coats per gallon. Looks great but it's only 3 days so not sure if it will last. I've put a fridge freezer on it and haven't seen any marks or scratches from rolling and moving, that's impressive. Don't plan to go there and other products that are litmus test. Just a note: I patched the cracks, acid washed, rinsed and applied two coats of concrete primer tinted to match the floor. Then two coats of base color. Buy an extension cord to make your life easier and this (standing) angle will allow you to see flaws. Trim the edges with a brush. I did some 4x4 foot sections and had no problem with the wet edges drying too quickly. Clean the water so it's easy. Another observation: one coat doesn't work for me and to be honest I didn't read the instructions, but the shine improved after two coats and I was only able to finish the third coat (Garage is one coat). . Funny, I just used a small two step stool to put some things on a higher shelf and this thing had plastic or hard rubber feet. I almost fell on my butt because it's very slippery. Find a stepper with soft rubber feet.
