I bought this to test the capacity of my off-grid battery systems. The tests were carried out with the Valence U27-12XP lithium-ion battery. I have 20 of these and would like to group them by their capacity. They are designed for 12 V 138 Ah. I set the load test to 20 amps 0.2C. I found that the ET5410 quiescent voltage was 1.25V less than my ET5410 pin meter. Under a load of 20 amperes it was 0.5 volts. I test up to 10V off, but it's actually 10.5 when it's off, giving inaccurate readings. You cannot change the load during the test, and if you stop the test in the middle of a stream, it will reset to zero when you start it again. I told the seller "Using 12" 12 gauge wires I get a 0.5V drop at 20A load when testing my Valence 12.8V 136Ah Lipo battery. Can I calibrate the voltage? don't calibrate it to read it correctly. As bad as it seemed, good machine. I got the same voltage difference using a hall effect tester, so my meter is correct.
