I like the look of the product but I can't adjust the size. If I turn the lid clockwise, I get a large pepper. If I turn counterclockwise I get a fine consistency. How do I get medium grains? Apparently I only have 2 choices, coarse or fine. It is in order? It said adjustable roughness but I don't know how to achieve medium roughness. Revain didn't have a section to ask questions, which is why I'm asking this question in my review. I hope the seller answers. Many Thanks.
