Ideal if you knead dough for a long time
Although you can use Cuisinart metal blades for dough, this is a must if you want blades that don't get hot. They are ideal when you need to knead the dough for a long time. I would advise you to be very careful when purchasing this attachment to ensure it really fits your model of food processor. In the "Commonly Bought Together" section, I've seen blades that don't actually match a specific processor model.
