The microscope is robust, functional and easy to use. The microscope software is simple and navigating with the buttons on the front of the screen can be a bit fiddly, but I got used to it after a while. It's easy to connect to the Windows 10 camera app and use it instead of the "amcap" software. (I tried the amcap software and it didn't take pictures but videos.) The picture on the digital screen is good! and the light to illuminate the object under the scope is good and bright. Light adjustment is easy. I used this to classify macro invertebrates and couldn't be happier. When connected to the Windows 10 Camera app, you can easily take photos or videos. And when connected to a computer, the battery in the microscope is constantly charged (so the microscope and light are always working)! I post pictures of my animals. I hope you enjoy this leeway as much as I do. Love it.
