My hamster is stuck and getting chopped to the bone!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY! My hamster liked to jump from the balcony onto the bedding. I walked past his cage today and saw his leg was trapped between the balcony fence. He was dangling, his foot stuck between them. We pulled it off quickly, called immediately and took it to the vet clinic. His leg was cut to the bone, blood everywhere. He had to be put down as his leg was in poor condition due to the fence around the house. Please do not purchase if you have a dwarf hamster (or anyone). I don't want to see someone's little loves go through what mine just went through!
