Great buy for color stickers!

This is an AMAZING product. I use this to apply my paint vinyl decals and it's great! The stickiness is phenomenal so be aware that once it touches the paper it's impossible to adjust without tearing the paper. Make sure you line everything up PERFECTLY before even lightly touching the paper, or you'll have to start your project over. This gave my decals excellent protection and made my waterproof vinyl waterproof. It is durable, has an ideal thickness and excellent transparency. As great as this product is, I have two complaints that have kept it from being a 5 star product for me. First of all, this laminate collects small scratches very easily, so if you make stickers, be careful because they will be visible. Second, I use the Cricut Explore Air 2 to cut decals, and no matter how new the blade or what settings I use, I still get jagged edges or sanding marks on about 20% of my decals. I have no problem cutting anything else, so I know the laminate is the problem. I can trim jagged edges, but I can't do anything with sanding marks. It works great with scissors, so if you just need to trim it for simple projects, you're fine. There are ways around these issues and every project is different, so I still highly recommend this product. I will continue to buy it myself! My application process: 1. I cut the laminate to fit my project. There is a small strip at the top of the laminate that you can remove to get started. DO NOT cut off this part when adapting it to your project.2. I tape the underside of my piece to a smooth surface so it doesn't move when I apply the laminate. *It is important that the surface is absolutely smooth to avoid air bubbles*3. I remove the protective film mentioned above and align everything CORRECTLY and then press the laminate onto my project.3. I peel back the laminate and peel off the backing just enough to get a good grip, then reattach while still holding the backing.4. I slowly peel off the backing with one hand while using the other hand as a squeegee to keep air bubbles out. * For best results, hold the back of the mop in your hand while removing it. Once the backing is completely removed I tape wax paper to my project and use a hard plastic scraper over the entire project to ensure the laminate is fully bonded and air bubbles are removed. * I use wax paper on top to keep the scraper from scratching the laminate. I use wax paper to keep it from slipping and scratching the laminate*6. I remove the wax paper and tape from the bottom of the project and then cut out my stickers. It was perfect for me and I hope it helps you too. so that it does not slip and does not scratch the laminate*6.
