Easy to use with simple instructions available online; great customer support if needed! The software can be slow at times so I would highly recommend having enough RAM depending upon how many users are logged in simultaneously - this does not happen very often though but it's something that should definitely considered before purchasing as well considering they do offer upgrades through their website or chat service (if you're willing).

We've been using collabitve since 2015 when we first started our business together which was just 3 of us then now there have grown into 13 employees within 2 years alone from what i'm told by my team leader who has used them herself previously too haha.. It helps keep track all tasks/projects easily without any issues and also makes sure everyone knows where everything stands especially during meetings etc.
