Pros: I've been using this headset for a little over a year. I particularly liked the noise cancellation. The mute button on the microphone boom was a nice feature. The rotary lever for switching on and off was practical. It was also useful to be able to press the button on the ear to see how much time the battery has left. The speakerphone function worked well most of the time. I just had to say "answer" or "ignore". It worked maybe 90% of the time. Uses standard micro USB charging. Fast charging (about 60-90 minutes from fully charged to fully charged). Cons: I had a hard time positioning the earbuds properly in my ear, so it was difficult to put them on quickly. It comes with three different sized gel pads and none seem to fit me the way I wanted. I had to put it on in the morning and leave it on all day because trying to put it on while a call was being answered resulted in calls being dropped or the caller thinking I'd answered while I was still trying to adjust. It always seemed to squirm out of my ear, so the listener was only partially there. It broke after about 15 months of use. The black flex area above the silver case has dissolved and is unusable without it. This is the first in-ear Bluetooth headset I've used, so there's nothing quite like it. The next set will most likely be Voyager Edge.
