Of course I paid the shipping cost to send the shoes back and even put in a stamped envelope to send me a new pair and they arrived within a few days. Tell us about a hassle-free and quick exchange. Tack Shack was great so I would definitely buy from them again. As for the boots themselves, the material is durable and the Velcro really holds up. Boots stay in place as described. I bought them to replace the ROMA brand I was using because they were spinning while driving. These don't rotate. I love them and love the chocolate color.
