Before you buy, check how they fit in your holder.

I bought this for the dome light in my 2001 JEEP Cherokee. The way they mount the light is pointing straight ahead, straight at my rearview mirror and windshield. I was able to clamp the ears on these bulbs with a pair of vise pliers and bend them about 20 degrees. That sent the light down a bit, otherwise I wouldn't have used them and opted for a different bulb. They emit a bright and typically glaring blue-white light.
