Schematic article. They are short lived when exposed to the movement of a closing door. Of the four supplied, one did not work and two had reversed polarity or were mislabeled. When they work, they make very good puddle lighting.

Slightly longer than the regular lightbulb (perhaps by a millimetre), but they work fantastically super bright, there will be no vision problems. The only thing I CANNOT talk about is the ceiling lights that disappear after being turned off. Mine just turn on and off so I can't tell if they flicker or not, but looking at their quality I don't see any issues.

I bought this for the dome light in my 2001 JEEP Cherokee. The way they mount the light is pointing straight ahead, straight at my rearview mirror and windshield. I was able to clamp the ears on these bulbs with a pair of vise pliers and bend them about 20 degrees. That sent the light down a bit, otherwise I wouldn't have used them and opted for a different bulb. They emit a bright and typically glaring blue-white light.

My van used these bulbs for the center brake light. Two of the three bulbs were burned out and those bulbs were MUCH brighter. This is very good when it comes to traffic lights. I bought these to light up the doors of my Chrysler 300C and to replace the bulbs on the underside of the doors. The door lights in this car only come on when the car is parked and the doors are open to only illuminate the ground. They work! Definitely very bright, so in my opinion there is no need for any further adjustment. After all, you see where you step and it looks nice and modern.
