You are wonderful. The rear doors of my 03'150 have one of Ford's "not so good ideas". There are 4 places on each door where the door opener cable needs to be attached or the door opener latch will not work. I have now replaced 7 of the 8 Ford plastic end seals (unfortunately at different times. I don't "expect" to use these retrofits. This time I had to tie a cable to the top of one of the doors (more difficult) and luckily it includes this kit cams specifically for it.The top door hinge uses a cam that is slightly flat on one side so I was happy to see they include that the dealer is fixing and we will be fixing the same crappy plastic cams but replacing them with new trigger mechanisms( very expensive) I rarely write in these reviews but I think this item is much better than OEM.
