Review on Flexential Security & Compliance by Jorge Maertz

The team at flex has been great! They are very responsive when it comes time for implementation or questions we have about their products. It's always nice working with someone who cares so much that they put in extra effort beyond what you would expect from any vendor out there - just because they care means more work gets done faster (and better). I really can't think anything negative right now except maybe some minor UI issues here and there which could be addressed easily enough by them if needed. There isn't too many things i've disliked as far as this product goes; however, all customer service requests were resolved quickly without me having to wait long periods before receiving responses back. We use FLEX primarily due its ability to manage our PCI DSS audits effectively while also managing risk assessments throughout an enterprise environment.
