Good customer service.
I wish only the angle of view was larger (it’s almost 85 degrees!), at least 110 degrees we expect these days as the other brands in the market.The IR and night vision is strong! Voice is not really functional,Setup is easy, kinda plug and play.No extra cost for cloud, it comes with 1TB HDD.Remote access via phone and pc is reliable!I had technical issues to add additional IP cameras to existing NVR, emailed costumer service ,they were available and responded my questions.
