Review on Protect Your MacBook Air 11 With Kuzy Soft Touch Hardshell Cover - White by Matt Watkins

I ordered this because I was searching for the same model as I had on my MacBook Air 11" for for 2 years. The Kuzy was as close as I could come based on photos as descriptions, but I was rather dubious. As soon as I opened up the box, I knew the Kuzy was nowhere near the quality of my old case. The Kuzy is just a thin sheet of plastic. There are holes in the bottom that would easily let dust, liquid, lo mein, and medium sized rodents through.I went back to the Apple store in search of the real thing. Turns out the brand is Tech21. I've had my MacBook Air for 2 years. In that time, it's dropped on wood, ceramic, and concrete floors countless times. The Tech21 has stood up to that abuse. I don't know of another case that could. Certainly not this Kuzy thing.I should amend that--the case has chipped a bit. Therefore I'm buying a new case. Yes the case is pricey. No, it's not nearly as pricey as buying a new computer every week. And stuff it with yor "advice" to not drop my laptop. I've also advised myself to start making a billion dollars a week, but alas, advice ain't what it's cracked up to be.On that note, I advise you to avoid the Kuzy. If your computer is protected by the Kuzy, it really would have been fine without it anyway. You want real protection? Get the Tech21. Be extra nice to your lab buddy and buy an incase or similar to go around the whole shebang. (Hmmm. Either I spelled that word wrong or it's a much more interesting word than I had previously realized.)Happy computing, peoples!
