I have purchased several KitchenAid Mini Stand Mixers. My last one lasted 10 years and I used it almost every day. A large food processor is just as good. That also looks beautiful. It is easy to use and very easy to disassemble and is also dishwasher safe. I love this product for cutting vegetables for recipes and salads. I've also used it for butter and sugar for homemade frosting. Works great. It's also very cheap.
