UPDATE: Got a replacement device and set it up with a CD, but the defect still occurs. This is a false advertisement claiming that it offers reliable and consistent speed because it is NOT TRUE. I run videos, games and internet software and they all cause lag and intermittent connections when this device is on. I do not recommend it to anyone and I am disappointed that these models do not match the device descriptions that consumers read to purchase this product. According to Trump, this is all FAKE NEWS. I have comcast internet and can transfer over 100mb download directly to computer without this device and 10mb download with ethernet cable. However, When I plug this device into the USB port and connect Ethernet to this device, my computer ONLY gets 10MB Download and 4MB Download. The product details of this device are false and lie to the public. This device is not broken. But BUYERS NOTE that the download and upload speed will be VERY SLOW AS A TURTLE when you buy this product.
