This is a fantastic vacuum/mop. I love it. We have four cats and we constantly struggle every day to get rid of dust, hair and anything else that gets on the floor. I have all the tools and gadgets that promised to help me deal with this problem - electric and manual. This is a great product. There are two tanks - one for clean water and the other for dirty water, which the vacuum cleaner pulls up after using clean water. I have another similar mop/vacuum that I use. This one is even better. Also more expensive, but better. I can only use a different mop on hard floors. This allows me to go over my real carpets and remove hair from them. And if you struggle with cat hair like I do, you may have learned that sometimes walking on a damp sponge or something and mopping carpets is the only thing that gets your hair out. Even the most expensive vacuums can't remove hair stuck in a pile. It seems like a lot. It's really easy to set up, use and easy to clean. I love it. In fact, I'm looking forward to using it today and seeing what I can take away! Next to my excellent Bissell Carpet Cleaner this is the best product. I can't use carpet cleaner too often because I have wood floors and carpets now, so it's not very convenient, and I don't find it as convenient for carpets as it used to be for wall-to-wall carpets. This machine is exactly what I need and it does exactly what it says it will.
