That's normal. Expensive to obtain and a product with a typo. A little uncomfortable when full, it's too thick. The shoulder strap is odd and I don't think it will stay strong, but it's nice that it comes loose. I wish I had something else. works to keep everything safe so I added the stars. Still a little awkward, but all my items are protected from breakage and that's the point!
