Slow filter run time, NO customer service
I bought these to replace Berkey filters and was disappointed with the very slow filter run time. While the Berkey only took 2-3 hours to fill my large tank, this filter took over 8 hours and still had 2 inches left at the bottom. I have prepared the filters several times with no improvement. The only customer support was a Gmail email address, dayonesystems@gmail.com. I asked for help and never got an answer. Dayone systems could not be found online. Although the water is delicious.
