Oh my ! Where do I start ?! I usually get a dull pain on my knee ; specially at night. Sometimes it’s so painful that I cannot sleep (doesn’t matter how tired I am, the pain keeps me awake). Well let me tell you! After paying these patches … I’m sleeping wonderfully at night. I am able to fall asleep right away! And don’t have any issues with pain. I do have to say that the only down side to using the patches is the next morning when I wanna take them off it Could be painful because the adhesive grabs all my lil knee hairs . but aside from this! Love them! And use them almost every night!
