Disappointing - do not recommend

In the last 2 months I have bought 2 of these chestnut colored pens. Both lasted about 3 weeks, there is very little product in this pen. At first I thought I had received a poor quality product but the second pen was the same. I paid $6.99 in October, $7.59 in November and now $8.99 in December from the same provider. I have alopecia and need an eyebrow pencil, but now I have to look for alternatives.
