Garbage instructions and assembly screws do not match

Assembly instructions are garbage. It's not clear why there are two different types of screws and they're all just spare parts because they don't fit this mirror and its stand. I doubt they even bothered to assemble the mirror prior to selling and shipping as those screws are absolutely not the right fit for the base.
