Review on AZNUT by Matt Dyen

Revainrating 3 out of 5

When compared to rivals, AZNUT cannot compete in terms of quality or price.

Since I enjoy cooking and am always on the lookout for new gourmet products, I was eager to check out AZNUT. After making a few orders with them, however, I was unimpressed and frustrated by what I received. For starters, while AZNUT may claim to import only the highest quality items from all over the globe, I was not particularly impressed with their quality assurance procedures. Several times I received nuts and seeds that had gone bad or were stale, which was not the quality I had come to anticipate from a gourmet food store. It's obvious that not all of their goods are as fresh as they promise to be. The products offered by AZNUT are of adequate quality, but I discovered that they were priced higher than those offered by many of their rivals. AZNUT's prices are just too high in comparison to other online shops that focus on gourmet ingredients. Finally, AZNUT had terrible support for its customers. Customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful when I had questions or concerns about my purchases. It's obvious that they don't care about whether or not their clients are happy. In sum, I am unable to endorse AZNUT, an internet food retailer, to my fellow foodies. In comparison to other gourmet ingredient shops, they fall short in both quality and value, and their customer service is poor. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your cooking supplies if you can't find a better online shop.
