This wonderful toothpaste was almost a miracle to me. It quickly got rid of the pain and sensitivity and the feeling like you're taking a calcium phosphate bath to remineralize your teeth every time you use it. My gums are pretty healthy since I've been using it. The formula uses fluoride more efficiently, so you don't need as much. I find twice daily use to be just as effective as the once daily protocol (as listed) for the prescription version, which contains a lot more fluoride. I looked at clinical studies to rate its effectiveness and they are pretty impressive. Very satisfied; excited, actually.
