Wellies arrived on time and in perfect condition. My almost 4 year old wears a size 8 comfortably so I bought her a size up (9 for toddlers) to give her room to grow. They still fit well and she wanted to go outside and jump in muddy puddles when she saw them. She didn't seem to have a problem walking in them, so they're roomy but not so much that she's uncomfortable walking around. She jumped in the rain and had a great time. She liked the colors and design of the boots which made me happy as they have so many options to choose from. I chose umbrellas and a rainbow design. The boots are exactly as pictured and feel high quality. As other reviewers have said, the insoles fall out, but that doesn't bother me. So far I would buy this company's uniform again.
