I have had no problems with this, it works as advertised by the seller. Auto-pairing was very important to me, and my phone (Huawei Mate 10 Pro) connects automatically within a few seconds of turning on the car every time. I only had to manually pair it once the first time I plugged it in. However, your auto-pairing mileage may vary depending on your mobile device make and model, but in my case it works fine. The sound quality is the same as my old extension cord to plug into my phone, no hissing or crackling. I connected this device to Samsung's higher quality charging port, which can help eliminate electrical noise. I believe that using a very cheap USB adapter with this product may cause interference issues. EDIT: Over two years later (2/10/2021) I'm still using this and it works great for me.
