Product: 4 gallon small bin liners, odorless, biodegradable bin liners for recycling, environmentally friendly compostable These are plant-based materials according to the manufacturer, but are included in the list of materials in the product description i see plastic, cornstarch and psm starch, i don't know what. There are no recognized certifications for the biodegradability or compostability of the bags. They appear to be thinner and more elastic as seen in the attached image, so they are best suited for lighter applications in the bathroom or office. They're about 13 cents a bag, which isn't bad for a biodegradable bag, if that's true.
