My shoe-size is a 10, my Leather cowboy boots are size 10 which were too tight. After 3X uses of "Bloodhound Cowboy/Western Boot Stretchers size ( L ), my boots fits comfortable and perfect! The steel T-handle made on the shaft leaves no worries of it breaking, inserting the Toe block was a breeze made perfect for cowboy boots, you can actually feel it widening as you stretch. After 3 tries I received a half of inch maximize stretch. The stretcher work perfectly for right and left boot. Also, I give high marks to "Houndsbay Bloodhound,” I called after hours, and received a phone promptly the following day, excellent P.R. Skills, they made sure I received everything including the instruction booklet which he gladly went over! I’m sooo happy I didn’t go to a professional boot stretcher, this product is sturdy, strong and works as stated.😊
