Suitable for single or double use. It did its job

Used for mini vacuum separation before refrigerant release. It worked. I could use some instructions as they are not included in the product. I had to remove the SAE pins from the included 1/4" male SAE to 5/16" female SAE before I could use it and had to figure out which side went where. Please add some basic instructions.
