I had a television that was struck by lightning and a fuse in the power line had blown. Luckily it wasn't a bad hit and that fuse was all I had to replace. I just soldered the old fuse on, bent the wires of the new one to the desired length and soldered it on. Cut off the ends and you're done. And now I have a lot left over for the next thing I'm working on.
