Easy to use interface with many different features that are very helpful for our business needs; great customer service from team members who have years' experience in their respective fields; ability to customize as needed by adding custom reports or other additional functions not included out-of box; it's well worth considering given all available options currently offered! There aren't any downsides at this time but would like more customization added (which we're able too). Great product overall! We've been using Gluon i & s since about 2007 when first implemented into our accounting department/business process management system. It has evolved over these 7+years through upgrades which now includes cloud capabilities allowing customers around world access via web browser - no need install client softwares anymore!! The new version allows user flexibility such as creating multiple users accounts instead only 1 per license purchased initially. Also provides some extra.
