Review on Nintendo Switch Skyrim Protector by Jonah Riggle

Surprisingly disappointing product from HORI. While the design is cool, the "Protection" section of the product description is sorely lacking. The pieces snapped into place with tiny latches, but if you dropped it on a hard surface, the pieces never stopped, literally just flying away. on impact. Given how the physics work, the two pieces protecting each joycon will fly away when things fall, the switch will bounce and then fall unprotected to the ground and get scratched. One of my flaws in the plastic was warping from a fall and I had to undo the screws to remove the broken plastic pieces that consumed my joy in opening and exposed the innards. This is from falls from a height of about 3 feet. If it had taken the hit, it probably would have protected my Switch better. But right now I would not recommend this particular product.
