I bought 6 of these, 4 regular and 2 with lockout. I built a shelf out of wood. And that means it can be very difficult. I did a lot of research before buying. Many other people who have built a similar shelf have complained about the different wheels and the fact that the weight of the wooden shelf caused the wheels to actually go flat. Not these animals. They are wide compared to others, thick and 5 inches in diameter, so the wheels touch the ground more than other wheels. This offers even more support than a conventional wheel, which can flatten out due to less wheel material. You will not be disappointed. Although the wooden shelf should weigh about 900 pounds fully loaded, the shelf still rolls very easily over a very old, uneven, cracked wooden floor. If you have a good flat service, your experience will be better.
