Very powerful inexpensive multimeter

Thsinde 1152T has quickly become one of my favorite multimeters due to its amazing accuracy on all measurements. Not only will you get accurate voltage readings, this DMM is also trusted for resistance, capacitance, diodes, and reads the voltage from each color LED. The multimeter also has a good relative (REL) function that is not limited to just one type of measurement like many other cheaper DMMs (if they have a REL function at all). The 1152T is also very solidly built and feels good in the hand, with no wobbly buttons and rotary selector. This meter also has a resolution of 6000 counts (up to 6199 counts actually) which is very useful when you need more accurate readings. The stand is pretty sturdy and won't break. The instruction manual is well written and in a font size that is not that difficult to read. Finally, this DMM comes with two sets of leads: A pair of gold-tipped wires works almost as well as a pair of Probe Master wires (I've compared them to my Probe Masters so I know it's correct). It also comes with a pair of alligator clip adapters and a 9V battery in the box. On the downside, the 1152T's display is a bit dim and probably more visible on a bench than outside, and the display also tends to wash off easily when viewed from an angle. There is no temperature setting on this gauge and internal circuit protection is minimal (very typical of cheaper DMMs). Higher value capacitor and resistor readings are also slightly slower, but its accuracy compensates for this. nice pair of gold tips in the box. This multimeter can be useful for an electronic bank and/or as a consumer digital multimeter. Despite a slightly dim display and slower readings, the 1152T more than makes up for this with amazing accuracy and overall functionality. Definitely recommended.
