Very happy with this purchase. My old Epson inkjet printer lasted me 5-6 years. But the ink cost was too high. And gave a small number of pages. The paint ran out quickly. And if you haven't printed anything in weeks (common in this house), it will dry out and be difficult to clean. All these disadvantages can be avoided with Brother's color laser. I can still fax orders, email, print from a USB drive, print from my iPhone using Apple AirPrint (a new feature for me), scan large documents with a feeder, or rent a tablet. And it's a duplex printer (laminated terms: both sides of the paper). And yes, although the ink is still expensive, due to the construction of the ink (toner cartridges .powder) it cannot dry. And larger cartridge sizes offer much higher printing performance. By that I mean over 1000 pages on a single cartridge versus 100-300 with my old Epson. I would highly recommend this printer for home use and small businesses. Brother products have far exceeded my expectations for build quality compared to the past. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the GUI. But honestly, it's only worth a half-star downgrade. While some of the print settings and options are quite intuitive, they're not. All in all, this is an amazing printer.
